Room, which just reopened this month.

As noted elsewhere, here on TheChipBoard, the new poker room has opened where the old Aladdin's, 'The London Club' casino was located. For the opening, Planet Hollywood ordered new $1 chips from GPI USA, which are white, with 2 large inserts (1 brown and 1 blue) in a house mold (like their previous 2 $1 chip issues) but in a golden hot-stamp.

For the opening, the Poker Room also received a quantity of re-ordered $5 chips, which appear to be exactly like the existing $5 chips. But, being new, they have nice, sharp rims! Shown below is a composite image of the re-ordered $5's, both under scanner lighting (L) and UV lighting (R).

While there, I asked a poker room supervisor if they intended to bring back their $4 drop chip? He said the $4 chips were not easy to work with and would not return. He believes that they are in storage, and I'm not aware of any Redemption Notice action. He also said that they are considering a $2 Drop Chip for a later date, which better fits their current 'rake' amounts.
