I'd like to point out that the
has done some things recently to address membership concerns as well as ideas to move the club forward. Establishing a Recruitment Director (and equally important, putting Jim Follis in that position) is a good step forward. And I really believe that the Planning Committee can work towards offering some good ideas to the BoD. There have been many excellent suggestions put forth so far, mostly from the Planning Committee members and the Chairman, Steve Margolis. The discussions are thoughtful and I think that the Planning Committee will be an excellent vehicle for stimulating ideas in this club...so if anyone has an idea, please offer it up to Steve Margolis or any of the members of the Planning Committe (probably best to do so on the official
message board, but we'll all take suggestions
).
