Just go onto the
www.restaurant.com website and simply sign up for their service.
You do not have to give any credit card, etc. until you buy a certificate.
Then they will send you the discount codes as they come out.
How it generally works:
1st week of month, full price - $25 certificates are $10....this is when all the really popular restaurant certificates sell out.
2nd week of month, 50% off - $25 certificates are now $5.
3rd & 4th weeks of month - 60% off ..if it's a "slow" month sometimes the last week of the month they will run a 70% off discount.
Darrell and I really love these certificates. We have never encountered any problems using them.
These allow us to constantly try "new places" and if the meal is disappointing - no biggie, we didn't spend much! 
Oh yes, I have been buying dining certificates from them since before the "computer age"! They use to mail them to you back then (1980's)...so much easier now that you can just print them off on your home printer. Excellent company with customer service if you have any problems.
