As such they may not be chips that were ever delivered to NJ, hence they could be out of the NJ gaming commissions authority.
If the chips were obtained illegally, then it would be a matter for the local county prosecutor, not the NJ gaming commission. NJGC may have causes of actions against companies or persons in NJ, but a crime of theft of chips unovered in this manner may not be a high priority to the local law enforcement. That is presuming a law in mississippi was violated and a valid criminal complaint tendered.
