...is you have already declared the war lost, evidenced by your scorn of the mere suggestion that it is winnable. It actually is being won by many standards. You wouldn't know that by getting your news from any of the major media outlets, because reporting good news on that front would be contra to their hatred of our current President.

Clinton got lucky by being President during the internet boom. That's not likely to happen again, so any Dem that might reach the Whitehouse is much more likely to bring us all back to the Carter years. I even voted for Jimmy. I've learned a lot since then. Some folks haven't, and probably never will.
