I'm not an expert but there's a feature called "CAPackGo" under the File Menu. This will put the entire CA software including your data onto an external device like a thumb drive. Then plug the thumb drive into another computer and run the CAPackGo software and you should be up and running on the second machine. I did this once and it worked fine. I use the "Back Up" feature often and back up to several thumb drives as well as iCloud and DropBox because I'm semi-paranoid about ever losing my data. Hope this helps and good luck.
