I mail several packages a day. Packages that used to take 3 or 4 days (pre-pandemic) have improved, but they are still generally taking a week (instead of 3 weeks like in April)

Ebay was slow to protect sellers from claims of untimely delivery. When the post office started lying about everything being peachy, Ebay started removing those protections. I have built in a 4-day handling period for those listings so if it takes a week it still looks like timely delivery to Ebay's computers.
