I can see that the Circa people will get all frazzled trying to find a Grand Opening chip since the outer ring is identical with the house $100. That serial number points to at least 1,000 chips being reserved for VIP's and High Rollers (although how Circa can determine who's High Roller since it's new is a mystery). My guess is that the October 28 opening is actually a"soft opening" with the December date being the Big Wazoo opening. At such time - I wonder if $2.50 chips will debut? And maybe lower-denomination Grand Opening chips as well?

"Raiding" the High Limit Room is a clever idea! Only other idea that comes to mind is buying an entire rack of $100 chips and looking through them all. Ouch! Ya gotta be Rockefeller to try that trick.
