Here's a Mint Hotel managed by Del Webb that lists Hotel Kuilima. The red arrow points it out.
Kuilima is now Turtle Bay resort on the north shore of Oahu:

Don the Beachcomber was a casino? No, but it was located in the Sahara Hotel.
