I need help with a scan please. This is for the 2013 Calendar. While I purposely brought one back from the last Convention, I can't seem to locate where I "filed" it!

I would appreciate it if anyone would kindly scan their 2011, 19th Annual Convention chip at a dpi of 300 (or better) and post here, or email to me.
