If you have never done a run like that you can plan on spending about 15-30 minutes at each casino. When I go I get a slot card, chips, check the gift shop for dice, hotel for room keys and then on to the next one. When I make my long runs I plan on only about 250 miles per day but then I don't want to kill myself. Good luck and don't forget to ask if you get any freeplay with the new slot cards. At one place in Iowa I got a very nice free jacket and one place in Nevada gave $25 in freeplay. Helps pay for the gas.
