Good question - but I have no good answers, sorry to say.

Just reporting what I know (which is not that much), and something might turn up tomorrow changing what these chips are attributed to. There are many many chips that the identification of is either unknown, or questionable at best.

I have had chips for years that were either unknown, or thought to be from one place and years later found out to be from some where else. That is part of both the fun, and frustration of this hobby.
