I should have mentioned I am trying to avoid a party. My wife is 7 months pregnant so she can not drink and shouldn't be around smoke. We had a party at Applebees in Times Square planned but it is a waste since she can not drink. In Pittsburgh we have an outside celebration like new york but of course a lot smaller. It is all free and it is a nice night out. Does Chicago do anything like this?
