commemorating the 1979 "Mike Douglas / EF Hutton Golf Classic" at the Desert Inn, February 7-11, 1979, in association with the Desert Inn Country Club, American Heart Association and the National Football League Player's Association (NFLPA). Plate measures 9" and weighs in at just over 1 lb. It does not fit in to my collecting interest, so it is available for a good offer. (More pics are available.)
