The link on Chipguide.com is exactly the same as the one you posted. Has been for some time now.
Same as the one you mentioned was wrong the other day.

The more likely problem is that people have the link favorited or cached as http:// rather than https://
I know either will work for a new visitor but not necessarily if they have visited the page previously, and depending on their browser and settings.
