On PC's [CTRL]-F5 forces the browser to reload the page. I am not sure of the keystroke for MAC's. This may clear up problems if things don't seem right.

Why? Browsers hold onto webpages to be efficient. But, this can cause problems if, for instance, you tried to access a webpage and you were not logged on and were rejected. The browser may show the same rejection, even if you later logged on.
