As of right now, the ChipGuide is still under a DDOS attack. Yesterday, there were 1.58 million requests, a normal day is around 300,000. The attacks are coming from bots in Brazil, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Argentina, Iraq, Bangladesh, Singapore, Germany and Hong Kong. The site is still on MEMBER ONLY use mode, which means that you have to be logged on to use the ChipGuide. Here is the logon link, in case you have not been able to access it.

I am leaving in a little while to go to a fishing camp in the Alaska wilderness. I will not be able to monitor the ChipGuide as usual. But I will be able to check on it from time to time. When the attack ends, I will return the ChipGuide to normal mode and non-members will be able to access basic functions.

I feel your pain, I wish these attacks never happened. Soon, the ChipGuide will be moving to a new platform with better security features that can stop these attacks from impacting to the ChipGuide.
