A couple of years ago while laid up with a bad back I decided to put together a Buffalo nickle collection .I wanted all high end examples so most if not all were slabed . Now I studied buffalos 10 hours a day for weeks and came to the conclusion that slabing is in the eye of the beholder because some were higher than others and were not as good . So anyway I cut them all out of the slabs and put them in a graet early album . Not concerned with what others think of the value .I think chips would be the same .
