Those rates are getting way up there and I think the SP contract only goes to 2026. I hope the new board is going to investigate other places (as much as I like the SP). The high rates may have something to do with the call for more members to book at the club rate recently. It sounds like we may have a problem this year meeting our minimum room number for the current contract.
