This generic KENO folio is from the Red Rock Casino Resort Spa in October of 2011. It was placed at tables at some of their restaurants. It Measures 12" tall, by 6.5" wide, unopened. This folio is quality made and appears to be leather, but since it is not stamped as such, I would guess 'leatherette'.

Thanks for looking. Does anyone else have KENO stands or holders? I would love to see more.
