I have a fun Eagles item. I have a copy of On The Border which has the first side of On The Border on the first side and the second side of Not Fragile by BTO on the second side. I got it that way at the record store and never returned it because I liked it. It's in great condition. No idea if it has any value, but I suspect it does.
