Some excellent thoughts and good discussion points for everyone . We do need change and many points were discussed before this election cycle plus other thoughts not listed yet

We do have some challenges and we will make changes in the future but they need to be voted on me the changes need to be made in a non election year.

We have in the Past been alerted to election irregularities and it does happen. Our process while not perfect does work and does make the votes count that should account

One thing to note is that out of 1,000 odd members we get about 150 and that’s the biggest problem.

Another thing to note is that we all volunteer for this and again 1000 members but about 30 people step up again and again. Simply put we need more people
