I only know of these: Sky River near Sacramento. Commerce Casino (devilishly hard to obtain, even the casino personnel claim not to know of them). Traditionally, Hard Rock of Fire Mountain and Cache Creek but have not heard of their issuance. I have none on hand here, Commerce chip came up on eBay for $18.88 and was snapped up faster than a guppy before a snapping turtle!
