To all of the Northern Kentucky collectors out there. Has anyone ever come up with or seen any proof that this "RBP" chip is what it is claimed to be? I have gone through a number of old phone books, and city directories, and have found no proof as to the existence of this so called club. I know these chips have been floating around for some time now, and everyone keeps attributing them from the "Royal Blue Palace", in Newport Ky., but where is the proof.
