Wow... any chance it being a recent creation/alteration from what you can tell?

Very unusual ro see a uniface Ivory though, I have seen some pretty good doctored chips in the past three years down in Miami but never a uniface.

Any difference in the finished edge detected on a flat surface when compared to either face...? The practice shows up on MOP, sometimes and easilly noticed in the angle of bevel.

I'd love to see an edge view of that beauty, if possible.
