several weeks. Depends upon how busy the Administrator for the particular geographic area might be. Additioinal problems might develop if your submission scans are blurry, or some such. Right now, it's possible that certain Administrators are busy with the holidays. I'd advise patience, but if a long time span goes by, maybe find out who the Administrator is for the area of the particular submissions and send him/her an email asking if they have received the scan.
