Rich, I remember years ago, there were plans to build a
couple of hotel towers in the shape of cowboy boots on
the Thunderbird property. There have been lots of
pipedream ideas for casinos through the years, many by
people who didn’t have the money, the most recent being
a sixty story tower where the New Town Tavern stood before
being destroyed by fire.
