I think the main point of Doug's post was that the best way to get answers is to contact people directly, because many people do not read this board every day, certainly not like they used to. If you want answers, you should contact people directly. Since you seem to want answers from the MOGH, go to the MOGH website and you can find email addresses there, I'm sure.
