Due to one person's work travel schedule, the first meeting of the "tech crew" won't happen until early next week. I've been happy to see the negative tone (mostly) disappear from the discussions here, and it has been nice to see some reconciliations take place as well. Let's stay on that trajectory. Several of you have reached out to me by email, text, and phone to offer your thanks, moral support, and actual support (offers to help, suggestions). I greatly appreciate all of it and I'm begging in advance for a little more patience so I can get things properly lined up. I'll keep posting updates as things progress.
