I've had to pay some crazy prices to get to Nashville recently to work in my company's data center in Brentwood. I think increased demand of people wanting to come to Nashville is what is driving it. As I'm sure you are aware, Nashville is supposedly the new Las Vegas type destination or so I've been told. Last time I was there, on my way to the airport I took a drive down Broadway and I was amazed by the number of people that were there and the fact that the bars and restaurants appeared to be full of people on a Wednesday afternoon!
