This oval is 2-1/16 inches wide and the nervehole can be seen on the reverse. So there had to be a lot of wide, solid Ivory far down the tusk.

I checked with two Ivory collectors in Norteast India and they do not know of any round over or at 2-inches, finished... with bark remaining is another story, of course.
