Maybe not so much in the vault but, it is done in several jurisdictions, especially in the Caribbean... but, why is a good question because I have seen it in Freeporf back to el Casino inventory... and that's why I still question the LCI chips for the London Clubs casino that was in Lucaya (archived here).
