Another seller was using my Ebay pictures for his own Ebay listings. I complained to Ebay, thinking they might at least consider it suspicious that a seller didn't have photos of his own items.

Their position was that anyone can use pictures posted on Ebay and they did not consider it to be a violation of any of their policies.
