When Thunder Snow started selling on eBay they were using images from the ChipGuide. I gave them the same notice I give everyone in this situation. The result, I am the bad guy for enforcing ChipGuide copyrights and they banned me from their auctions on eBay. They don't want to use the submission form, that makes me the bad guy. I can live with that.
