Charles,

I understand the thinking but sometimes easy can cause confusion. A prime example is St Joesph Frontier Casino in Missouri.

http://chipguide.themogh.org/cg_chip2.php?id=MOSJSJ&v=1839250428

First opened as Frontier but was later sold and renamed as Terrible’s. Then the casino was sold again and name changed back to Frontier.

The first and third group of chips issued are listed together. I understand that there is a note listed in the guide but why not have another entry for Frontier with a more accurate open date instead of the original opening date from the first casino.

An example under Nevada where we did this exact thing is Flamingo in Las Vegas. We have Flamingo, then Flamingo Hilton and finally back to Flamingo but the 1st and 3rd group of chips are not listed together.

Not trying to be a pain but to me the history of what happened is just as important as the images.
