You are correct that these are the same colors & spots as the other $1 chips, thousands of which are in circulation.

Now read that again, slowly. They are the same as the other ONE DOLLAR chips. In what world would casino cashiers SINGLE THESE OUT and say, Hey, this chip that is the same color and edge spots as every other ONE DOLLAR chip in the place has a $25 sticker on it, I'd better cash that out as $25?

That is utterly stupid.
