I noticed on an old Peruvian stamp the image of Manco Capac. He looks very similar to the guy on the CC of Lima, Peru chips. I did some Googling and found that he was the founder of the first Inca dynasty in the early 1200's. No telling where USPC Co. came up with the artwork.
