Way back, March 2002 when Oceanside was closing (closed?) and I was buying the NCV from the owner, he had some loose chips, which I bought sight unseen as a bunch of old chips. When I got them, there were three of these Card Club $5 spray painted white. I don't know why or how. I'm not even sure if I did the right thing, but I took Goo Gone and a tooth brush and got a major amount of the white off, so the chip showed it's true colors.

I know Barry got one, I don't recall what happened to the other and I have my one.

But that's why the hot pink with the brown inserts has that "funky" dusting of white. Maybe someone has one of these without the paint over and restoration?
