The chip on the right (Blue) was scanned many years ago...Your assumption was wrong. I have a new scanner now and use Adobe Creative Suite to do scanning now. Here is the chip in my hands.

What upsets me is you suggest I did something sinister and copies something other than my own chip.
Yes I own both chip...why would I not submit them?
