What you refer to regarding David, are MY Sporting Club plaques, after they landed in the US... My purchase of at least one set is archived as being bought from a club member. The other sets can be traced to PA, USA; sold to one member in Las Vehas and bought back by me and sold to another collector and then wound up on David's list and that, to some; sounds like 3 or 4 sets of three.

I think my inventory that I bought originally came from Berlin, and wound up in PA and the NJ.... I did sell singles to readers here and in Germany at first. How the £10000 plaque has a €125 value in Europe, is unknown to me.
