Yes, it's the same colors & patterns, but as I understand the "Hinkley" part is why that color/spot combo ended up in the fantasy lines.

The "Hinkley" chips were all cancelled with hotstamps because it's misspelled -- the correct spelling is Hinckley.

I think at least some of the other color/spot combos have similar histories? i.e. chips that were originally ordered for a casino or cardroom, but never put into play for some reason, and rather than just retiring those color/spot combos, Paulson chose to use them for fantasy lines and other promo chips.
