Maybe an earlier version of GPI "SMART" RFID...?

Otherwise I do not know... except for knowing that MIKOHN formed in 1986 and I do not see them in ChipGuide. Maybe it has something to do with security.

There might be some other stuff going on with both plaques, also, that I have not notice prior... and will touch on it at another time in a related thread.
