Okay. I get the comparison approach ~~~

~~~ but what does that have to do with that unit not being in TCR?
Was that exact unit or an exact copy of that unit submitted to gaming or was there some sort of request from someone asking for a variation of color(s) or graphic(s) and, if not; why is the term "prototype" mentioned and, if not a request from the customer and the manufacturer decided to test colors and depth of incused lettering or structure or any "variation" of a unit ordered, does the hobby believe any in-shop variation of a requested unit that did not have to be considered for submission to gaming or presented to a customer for use in a casino be listed in TCR... and, if such was the case, is any unit not intended for use in a casino expected to be listed in TCR -- no matter how many in-shop and non-requested different variations of an order are made?
Who; in-shop, would submit non-casino chips to TCR and for what reason -- especially if unique ["one of a kind"]?
