So here's a fantasy Moulin Rouge chip where the seller does not identify the chip as a fantasy chip and specifies "no refunds or returns." I don't know whether the seller knows this isn't a real chip. Does anyone know what eBay's policy would be if the buyer learns about the chip and wants to return it for a refund?
