I use a regular cardboard flip for regular casino chips. Use a razor blade to split flip into two pieces with an even cutline. Then pus octagon chip and one half in plastic page, then insert the other half over it...closes nicely and doesn't allow the chip to come in contact with the plastic page. Works for me.... and has not failed me yet...no smudging on the chip.
