I've created a spreadsheet using the chipguide query facility, it wasn't pretty and required a lot of manual editing, removing blank lines, etc. in the spreadsheet but then my collection isn't extremely large like some out there. I believe at one of the educational seminars Charles said the admins have the ability to generate a spreadsheet but they haven't rolled it out due to copyright issues with The Chip Rack. Good luck!
