There are 2 or 3 1952 Topps Mantle cards in existence that grade PSA 10.

PSA also grades much more strict than SGC or any of the others.

I was lucky enough to see one in person.

If the SGC one was purchased for 12.6 million, I have no
doubt this one would go for 30-40 million..
