Just watched a Black Jack game played at the Lucky Dragon casino but the chips were Crazy Horse chips and the dealer had to stand on all 17's. Where is this pace? Surely not Las Vegas even though there was a Luck Dragon casino there for a short while. Seems strange that the casino would be named Lucky Dragon but use Crazy Horse chips.
