I saw where the Sky River casino in Elk Grove, Ca. opened early and at mid night to boot. Looking at the pictures they have posted they have Table Games and Craps tables and I think they mentioned a Card Room. There will be a Grand Opening sometime in Sept.
Boyd Gaming is the money behind the Indian Tribe and they might be friendly to chip collectors, time will tell.
I have talked to two people who went there and arrived early afternoon and couldn't get in the parking lot so went back home.
