A Normandie Casino $1 chip . . .

Found on the ground beside a parking meter off Wilshire Blvd. in uptown Los Angeles. From it I learned: casino chips are really colorful (I had seen some somewhere before, they were drab one-color clay things), they CANNOT fit into parking meters to get you some free minutes, and it might be fun to collect more from other casinos in the area. I probably should have kept my eyes closed and walked into the parking meter (blappp!) but out of such fortunes, hobbies begin.
